This hostel strictly prohibits any type of physical / mental harassment towards fellow residents including ragging, quarrelling, using abusive language and violent behavior. The same will be liable for strict legal action

1.  Admission is for One year

2.  Names and addresses of the local guardians with their signature, duly authorized by the parents (or authorized guardian as per declaration in the admission form) in the prescribed form should be submitted .

3.  The Resident must remember that, the hostel is your home on the campus & they should have good code of conduct in the campus as well as outside in such manner so that dignity of the hostel is maintained.

4.  Residents must return to the hostel latest by 10.30 P.M.

5.  For late night stay at local guardians residence or night halt, prior written permission of the warden must be obtained.

6.  A Resident should check the fittings & fixtures in her room at the time of occupation. If there is any deficiency or inadequacy, it should be brought to the notice of the hostel staff.

7.  The Resident shall be responsible for the fittings and fixtures of her room and shall see to it that they are in order at the time of handing over of the room when she leaves the hostel.

8.  The Mess timing are as follows and the Residents should adhere to these timing.
Breakfast (Limited): 7.00 am - 9.30 am
Lunch (Unlimited): 12.30 pm - 2.00 pm
Tea Time: 5.00 pm - 7.00 pm
Dinner (Unlimited): 8.00 pm - 9.45 pm

9.  All the hostel articles issued should be returned to the Hostel Warden before the Residents leave their rooms.

10.  Residents have to bring her own bed sheet & blankets.+buckets, mugs.

11.  Residents should stay only in the room allotted to them. Staying in other rooms is not permitted.

12.  Anyone causing damage to the hostel property will be penalized suitably.

13.  Each one is personally responsible to safeguard their belongings. Residents are advised not to keep large amounts of cash or valuables like gold, costly wristwatch, expensive jewellery etc., in their rooms. If kept it will be at their own risk.

14.  If the Hostel fees are not paid before 10th of the month, the defaulter will pay Rs. 50/- per day as late fee fine ( penalty) or vacate her room.

15.  CotsBed, mattresses, table and chair are provided in the room. Residents are not allowed to bring their own furniture in to the rooms or move furniture from one room to the other.

16.  A Non Refundable maintenance of Rs 200 has to be paid for Lock Maintenance.

17.  Anyone feeling sick should report any sickness (any sickness casncelled) immediately. They are liable to be sent to the Doctor / hospital at their cost and at the discretion of the Warden.

18.  Stove, irons and other electrical appliances will not be allowed to use in the rooms.

19.  Consumption of intoxicating drinks, drugs by the residents themselves or their visitor in the hostel premise is strictly prohibited Any resident found in intoxicating conditions will be dismissed forthwith.

20.  The management reserves their rights in respect of allotment of rooms.

21.  Anyone absenting herself from hostel without previous permission or intimation on phone will be liable to leave the hostel and lose their deposit amount.

22.  Giving false information of salary and/ or employment will be liable for cancellation of admission.

23.  Submitting the employers letter for Night Shifts or Late Night duties is compulsory

24.  Changes in service or Jobs or Salary should be immediately intimated to our Office failing which the admission will stand cancelled.

25.  Complaints, if any should be made to the Warden. Decision of Managing Committee will be final.

26.  No diner shall waste food. Paying mess bill does not entitle a diner to waste food.

27.  Anyone found guilty of misconduct or breach of any of these rules will be dismissed forthwith.

28.  No lighting lamps in the hostel rooms.
