- 1. Residents should not take any utensils cutlery or crockery from dining room to their rooms.
- 2. Residents are not permitted to enter the kitchen or store room of the mess on any account.
- 3. Residents are not permitted to cook any food on their own accord in the mess or in their rooms.
- 4. Residents on no account whatsoever will be permitted to take food outside the mess , Nor can they take mess utensils such as plate, spoon, tumblers, etc, to their rooms .
- 5. No food will be served in the rooms of the hostel for any Resident unless a permission from the warden is obtained that the Residents’ condition requires the food to be served in their rooms.
- 6. Girls should maintain proper dress code while entering the Dining Hall.
- 7. Only Breakfast and Dinner will be served from Monday to Saturday
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served on Sundays and Bank Public Holidays.
Evening only Tea served . Snacks will be available on payment .
- 8. Mess Timings:

The mess timings are as follows and the Residents should adhere to these timings:

Breakfast (limited): 7 am – 9.30 am /
Sunday 7 am – 9.30 am

Lunch (Unlimited): 12.30 pm - 2.00 pm /
Sunday : 12.30 pm - 2.00 pm

Tea time: 5 pm – 7 pm /
Sunday : 5pm – 7pm

Dinner (Unlimited): 8pm – 9.45pm /
Sunday : 8pm – 9.45pm
Leave Policy :
- 1. A notice of absence should be notified in writing at least one week prior to leave.
- 2. Residents are requested to take care of their own room. Hostel authority will not be responsible for any theft or missing of any items while on leave.
- 3. Residents who do not return on due date of leave period without written notice, authorities shall take appropriate action including cancellation of the hostel room & allotting the same to another candidate. +Please note rent will be charged for that full month.
